Service Area
Sign Chaser Services covers all of the Rochester area in town within a five mile radius.  If the destination falls outside of the Rochester area, there will be a $14.00 charge between a five mile and ten mile radius.  If the destination falls outside the ten mile radius it in most cases averages $1.25 a mile on top of the Out of town charge.  Go to coverage map for details.

Sign Chaser Services is responsible for most reposts depending on the situation.  There might be some circumstances where the realtor or homeowner is at fault.

Refusal by Owner/Tenant/HOA
Sign Chaser Services can only install, place and remove the materials that you requested.  When the Owner or Tenant of the propery refuses to allow Sign Chaser Services to perform it's services the Agent or Real Estate Company who placed the order and attempt to get a confirmed approval between the realtor and the owner or tenant.  There will however be a "Refusal" charge for the first install attempt.
 
It is understood that all goods furnished by Sign Chaser Services will remain the property of Sign Chaser Services.
 
Broker/Agent will:
  • Provide Sign Chaser Services with complete, accurate information for installations and removals including Addresses, Realtors name and billing info.
  • Provide detailed sign designation and/or site marker for all vacant land.
  • Obtain Owner/Tenant/Home Asoociation approvals before requesting service from Sign Chaser Services.
  • Notify Sign Chaser Services when it is time to install a rider or request removal of a sign.
  • Reimburse Sign Chaser Services for current cost of lost or damaged property. Sign Chaser Services is not responsible for any loss or theft of Agent owned signs or riders.
  • Agent/Broker will identify location of sign for any lawn with sprinkler systems and they will assume all responsibility for all water lines and heads.

Sign Chaser Services will:

  • Install and remove signposts after receiving requests within two working days after the order has been received (except sundays).  There is a money back gurantee if the service isn't completed within two working days.
  • Provide sign posts.
  • Follow all instructions of Advertiser/Homeowner as to placement of signpost, in consideration of safety and city ordinances.  Placements will be done in front of unit advertised unless instructions are given otherwise.  Any further relocation requests by Advertiser will be charged accordingly.
  • Require that posts and stakes must not be removed by the Broker/Agent/Owner due to safety issues.  Only Sign Chaser Services employees are authorized to remove our posts.
  • Maintain inventory of Agent owned signs, riders and flyers.  They will also be stored in an enclosed and secured storage area.

Billing:

  • Invoices are sent at the beginning of the month.  You will have 30 days or the payment will be considered late.  There will be a $20.00 late fee for each month each bill is late.

Business hours:

  • Business hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 am and 8:00 pm.  If orders come in after 4:00 pm they will be received the next business day.
  • Orders must be submitted before 4:00 pm to be included in the next day's work routes. Orders placed before 4:00 pm will be completed within 2 business days (Monday thru Friday) following the date of order. If ordered after 4:00 pm, orders should be completed within three business days. Incorrect map coordinates, severe weather and having utilities marked may affect the order completion time.
